Min-Sheng General Hospital
Min-Sheng General Hospital is a 557-bed JCI-accredited hospital that opened in 2001. It operates several internal centers of excellence, including cardiovascular, diabetes, nephrology and orthopedics.
Min-Sheng General Hospital was the first hospital in Taiwan to have earned JCI-accreditation. In addition to having earned this prestigious accreditation, Min-Sheng also has earned ISO certification.
Min-Sheng is known throughout Taiwan and Asia as a leader in hospital automation and information technology. It was the first hospital in Taiwan to use patient kiosks. Providers also use a computerized system to electronically enter all prescriptions and instructions about patients. This technology gives all medical personnel clear, consistent information about patients, greatly reducing the risk of errors.
Patients will enjoy a comfortable setting with English signage throughout the facility, state-of-the-art equipment, VIP patient suites, American television stations and WIFI Internet access. Laptop computers are also available upon request.
