We'll coordinate all travel arrangements. We'll help arrange flights, and even make recommendations on what seat your employee should have based on his or her medical condition. For example, if patients are going for hip replacements, we'll try to get them in seats roomy enough to be more comfortable on the return flight home.
We'll coordinate rooms at the hospital, and also help your employees and their families with any necessary hotel rooms. Once your employees arrive, they won't have to worry about trying to find a cab or shuttle. All our network hospitals provide ground transportation from the airport to the hospital.
